Changes and Cancellations

Schedules, prices, routings and information published here are correct at this time, but are subject to change without prior notice.

Our operating schedules and the routes of some of our tours and safaris may vary during the holy month of Ramadan, during the summer months, or due to force majeure.

We reserve the right to cancel any tour or alter any part of the tour at our discretion without prior notification.

The full price of any Activity is due and payable at the time of booking. We may cancel any booking if full payment is not received at least two (2) days before the Activity begins. No refund will be issued for any booking cancelled less than twenty-four (24) hours before the Activity. Failure to arrive at the designated location by the specified departure time will be treated as a cancellation.

We reserve the right to cancel, alter or omit any part of an Activity, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Due to the nature of many Activities, delays or cancellations may occur because of circumstances beyond our or our suppliers’ control, such as weather conditions, accidents, illness, government restrictions or other force majeure events. In such cases, a refund or partial refund may be provided at our discretion and/or the discretion of the Activity supplier.
